VRX Network
VRX/Vanzari Solutions is the leader in training, managing, and mentoring pharmacy sales reps. Whether you do LTC or compounding, we have a very affordable program that achieves an ROI with as little as 5 patients!
Our History
Since 2007, we have been helping pharmacy owners secure contracts & transition patients within healthcare facilities that outsource their pharmacy service needs. In 2023, we started helping pharmacy owners expand their compounding business as well. Before Covid, we helped transition over 170,000 patients for our pharmacy members across the United States.
Management
Your rep will be designated to a sales manager that has 10+ years of experience in pharmacy sales. They will have 1 v 1 meetings every week to review activity from last week and the upcoming week, plus they will review accounts in the sales funnel. When your rep needs them to join a call to assist them in the sales process, then we will do our best to join them virtually through FaceTime, Zoom, or a conference call.
Reporting & Tracking
If you have your own CRM system, then we will simply access your system to review activity and progress each week. If you don't a CRM system, then you will get access to our CRM system that has been customized to the pharmacy world. You will get an exclusive log-in that will host all of your prospective client data, plus you will be able to create custom reports that you may want to see on a weekly or monthly basis. Each quarter, your rep & manager will be required to perform a quarterly business review (QBR) with you. During this meeting we will look at the progress, challenges, and the competition.
Training
Your rep will be given an intensive training experience that currently has over 25 exercises (or homework assignments). Some of these exercises will require the pharmacy owners attention because we use these to ensure that the sales manager knows exactly what you expect and where you want to focus. If your rep misses a class due to scheduling or illness, then don't worry. The same class will be offered two weeks later! If your rep needs help, then they will review the material with their manager.
Each week, we have small group training for the areas that you focus on. Our goal is to get your rep exposed to other reps in different parts of the country, so that they have someone that will push them. We have found that when reps work together that they find their own motivation. Quarterly, we will also be offering Sales 101 courses for the owners and reps. The idea behind this program is to teach very specific techniques on closing, overcoming objections, scripts, etc.

Recruiting
We believe that the best person for a marketing role is a pharmacy technician. WHY? The reason is simple. We can teach selling skills to a pharmacy tech that has the appropriate skill sets such as energy, enthusiasm, hard-working, ethical, great communicator, and listener. It is much easier to teach selling techniques to a tech compared to a seasoned sales experience with no LTC experience. The reality is that we still have to teach them everything about your business, plus overcome their bad habits that they have picked up over time. Additionally, many experienced sales reps don't "bust their butts" like they did when they first started selling.
Another benefit of utilizing a tech is that they can work in the pharmacy 10-30 hours per week, which allows this program to fit any budget! Plus, when they pick up a new contract with a 100-bed Assisted living facility, then they can help in the transfer and data entry, if your current staff is stretched too thin. Our goal is to help you achieve an ROI and the first step is to not overpay for this position!
