The VRX Network is made up of independent pharmacy providers that are dedicated to growing their LTC business. Whether you pursue skilled nursing, assisted living, group homes, mental health, correctional, home health, hospice, or other areas, we can help build a program for you that increases your ability to succeed.

Our Options:
Outsource - We will source, hire, train, manage, and track the rep that is dedicated to your account. We offer full and part-time options. Many pharmacy providers are unable to afford FT programs starting out, so they will find another pharmacy that they can "share" the rep in terms of cost & time.
Train - Many pharmacy providers already have a representative for their pharmacy, but are not maximizing their output because you are busy running a pharmacy. Plus, you weren't trained on sales & marketing.
National Accounts - If your rep does not need to be trained, managed, or tracked, then you can also opt in to become a national account only member. Over 50% of the facilities within your service area have a decision made hundreds of miles away, which prohibits you from servicing that customer. By networking together, we are able to show the corporate chains that we can standardize the packaging & service expectations. Additionally, VRX provides a dedicated customer service rep (nurse or experienced pharmacy technician) that communicates with all of the homes each month. They are also there to troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Our Areas of Focus when you sign up:
Management
Your rep will be designated to a sales manager that has 10+ years of experience in pharmacy sales. They will have 1 v 1 meetings every week to review activity from last week and the upcoming week, plus they will review accounts in the sales funnel. When your rep needs them to join a call to assist them in the sales process, then we will do our best to join them virtually through FaceTime, Zoom, or a conference call. Also, you should know that the rep will report directly to you in person all updates.
Reporting & Tracking
VRX has built a custom CRM system that you will track your reps progress. Custom reporting for each pharmacy can be done, so you can have access to the information that you need.
Training
Each new hire is put through a rigorous training schedule. During this training, they will learn about the 3 cores of LTC pharmacy that should be focused on every call. They will learn basic selling skills that will help them gather more information from the prospect, so that we can strategize together the best way to move forward. This training system will reduce the selling time, increase the close percentage, and identify where your pharmacy needs to make improvements to compete against the competition.
Recruiting
If you would like to keep everything in house, then we can help you recruit the rep that is right for you and that fits your budget. Many pharmacy providers overpay for this position, which puts them in a difficult spot financially in regards to an ROI. VRX can help you customize a compensation plan that drives high activity, which will ultimately drive results to your pharmacy.
With this service, we post the advertisements on multiple job boards and through social media sites. Once the candidates are identified, then we conduct an initial phone screen. Our second interview is a webinar that is designed to go more in depth with the prospect, then our final step is to have them conduct a "sales call" virtually. Once we have decided on the top candidate(s), then we give you a summary and ask if you could meet with our top choice. If we both agree on the top candidate, then an offer will be made. The remaining candidates will be notified that we are not moving forward at this time.

VRX has a senior level executive that is pursuing facilities across the country that are part of regional and national chains. Please know that you have to meet minimum standards to qualify:
- multi-dose and bingo/punch packaging
- daily delivery
- able to sync medications
- prior authorization services
- in-services & trainings including Med D evaluations during open enrollment
- 4-hour stat guarantee for real emergencies
- MAR and e-MAR (interface capability)
- cycle medications and 7 or 14 day options for facilities with numerous medication changes
