Customer Service - Account Management Programs

VRX offers facilities and pharmacy providers a very low cost solution for our customer service/troubleshooting service. We know that facilities will reach out to the pharmacy directly when there is an urgent issue and the pharmacy will always be their first line of defense, but what happens when the issue is persistent?

VRX assigns a service specialist to each facility. We then reach out to the clinical staff for a brief meeting each month to identify issues or past pharmacy problems.
When issues do arise, we try to determine if it is a communication or training issue.  If there are urgent issues, then our specialist can be in the building in 5-minutes with our Zoom/Uber service. Should an action plan be needed to document the issues and hold each party accountable, then we will do so. Our goal is to nip issues in the beginning, so they don't repeat in the future. Whether the pharmacy is trying to retain customers or the facility is trying to prevent issues from recurring, we believe a third party can help build & maintain a long-standing relationship​.

Pharmacy providers will find that this service is about a third of the traditional cost of a field representative.

Auditing the Pharmacy Bill

If your bill can be exported into an excel file, then the VRX Auditing team will look for following items each month:
  • Ensure that the generic contracted rate is applied appropriately
  • Multiple dispense fees not applied (many times due to a "short-fill" or "3-day" supply)
  • IV pricing is many times not calculated correct due to coding issues
  • Credits applied correctly
  • Are single-source generics being properly billed?
