Pharmacy Bill Auditors will review private pay family bills and adjudicated nursing home bills to ensure accuracy with all pharmacy charges and credits.
Dispute Resolution Managers work with facilities to put their pharmacy provider on notice. Our team will consult with your nurses to document and rectify any service related issues that occur through our Action Plan reporting.
RFP Analyst works with homes to customize a Request for Proposal that satisfies the clinical, financial and operations team. Additionally, we analyze the pharmacy offerings and compare and contrast financially your previous pharmacy bills, so you can project expected costs and budget accordingly.
National Account Managers will work to standardize packaging, pricing and services. Plus, we will co-ordinate a team to work with your corporate office and individual homes, so that each has a dedicated point of contact for any service related matters.
