Pharmacy Bill Auditors will review private pay family bills and identify if the pharmacy provider charged the appropriate contracted amount and if they performed the proper Prior Authorizations to keep your facility and family members exposure to high cost medications at a minimum.
Dispute Resolution Managers work with facilities to put their current non-VRX pharmacy provider on notice. If you are not satisfied with your current pharmacy situation, then we can work with you to document these service and financial related issues. By utilizing a 3rd party, it will no longer be a finger pointing situation that generally is won by the provider that has the better attorneys.
RFP Analyst works with homes to customize a Request for Proposal that will work to satisfy the clinical, financial and operation teams goals. Many pharmacy providers use different NDC values, manufacturers, and terms that will confuse you when determining a true budget for your facility. Our goal is to give you the good and bad news up front, so you can identify the best provider for you.
National Account Managers work to standardize packaging, pricing and services for facilities that are part of national or regional chains that cross State lines. Our team will provide you a dedicated point of contact, reporting, and standardize all facets of your services. The best part is that you will be working with the best independent and regional providers across the country that will bend over backwards to make each individual facility happy. If one of our members is not meeting your expectations, then we will work on fixing the issues or terminating the relationship and selecting the appropriate provider for that facility.
